Our return policy is designed to be straightforward, no-hassle, and customer-friendly – you don’t even need to provide a reason for your return. Return Timeframes & Refunds

  • Within 30 Days of Delivery – Full Refund: If you initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your kit, you are eligible for a 100% refund to your original payment method. Both unused and used kits can be returned in this window, no questions asked.

  • 31–90 Days from Delivery – Store Credit: For returns initiated between 31 and 90 days after delivery, we offer a full store credit for the purchase amount. You can use this store credit toward any future purchase with us. (Note: Cash refunds are not available after 30 days.)

  • After 90 Days – Ineligible for Return: We cannot accept returns beyond 90 days from the delivery date. If you have any issues with your product after this period, please contact us to discuss possible solutions or warranty options.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Used or Unused Kits – All Welcome: We accept returns of kits whether they are brand new or have been gently used within the 30-day return window. Feel free to test or try out your kit; if it isn’t the right fit, you can still return it for a full refund within 30 days.

  • Original Packaging (If Possible): To help us process your return efficiently, please return items in their original packaging and in original condition if possible. This includes any boxes, manuals, cables, or accessories that came with your kit. We understand you may have opened or even installed the kit – that’s okay! If you still have the packaging and all components, sending them back helps ensure a quick inspection and refund. (Don’t worry if the packaging is opened; just do your best to include all parts and pack everything securely.)

Return Shipping & Fees

  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking or processing fees for returns. As long as your return falls within our policy timeframe, you will receive your refund or store credit in full, with no deductions.

  • Customer Responsible for Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a reliable, trackable shipping service when sending items back, to ensure your kit arrives safely at our facility. Keep your tracking number until your return is processed. (Tip: If the return is due to an error on our part or a product defect, please contact us – we will make it right, which may include providing a prepaid return label.)

How to Initiate a Return

We strive to make initiating a return simple and clear. Here’s how you can get started with your return:

  3. Pack & Ship the Kit: Securely pack the kit for shipping. If you still have the original box and packing materials, please use them. Include all components and accessories. Ship the package to the return address provided, using your preferred shipping carrier. Remember, using a trackable shipping method is highly recommended.

  4. Refund/Store Credit Processing: Once we receive the returned kit, we’ll inspect it quickly and process your refund or issue your store credit promptly. Refunds will be sent to your original payment method, and store credit will be issued as a code or credit on your account. We’ll update you via email when this has been completed. (Typically, returns are processed within a few business days of arrival.)
